FOOD JUNKIE MASTERCLASS
I believe you are worth loving the body you live in and that you owe it to yourself to lead a healthy lifestyle. Leading a healthy Lifestyle is one of the keys to happiness. The Food Junkie Masterclass is a 12-week program designed to help understand and transform your subconscious limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits. Do you believe you are worth leading a healthy lifestyle? I do. This is the ultimate recipe to finally achieve and maintain your perfect body.
1. WHY IS THE PROGRAM 12 WEEKS?
Three months is the time it takes for new, conscious healthy habits to override your current subconscious programming. Once they become part of your subconscious programming, you will no longer need to think about it. This totally changes your relationship with food from the inside out instead of focussing on temporarily depriving yourself of certain foods or doing strenuous workouts.
2. WHAT IF I AM TRAVELING OR ON HOLIDAY FOR A WEEK? CAN I SKIP A WEEK?
Don’t worry. Module 1 will be released Monday October 1st and each next module one week later. You can access them anytime throughout the duration of the program and even until end January 2019. This way you can catch up if you fall behind or review anything you want to dig into a bit deeper. Everything is completely online, so you can access it from anywhere, provided you have a proper internet connection.
The first two weeks, we will focus most on mindset and logistical preparation, so you can properly prepare for implementing dietary changes as of week 3. If possible, I strongly advise to ‘reserve’ a block of approximately 3 hours per week on a fixed day in order to watch the instruction videos, do the reflective exercises and some food prep for the week to come.
3. MY SCHEDULE IS ALREADY JAM-PACKED. HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS REQUIRE?
The real question here is wether you are merely interested or truly committed.
If you are interested, you will do whatever is CONVENIENT but won't go out of your way to achieve your goal. You are likely to remain in your comfort zone, sabotaging your achievement. If you are truly COMMITTED to making the change once and for all, you will set aside a reasonable amount of time to reach your goal.

So before moving on, ask yourself the question wether you are TRULY COMMITTED to adopting a healthy lifestyle ONCE AND FOR ALL. You know it’s not going to happen by itself. This program however, can make it a lot easier. Roughly estimated, you will need to put in approximately:

1 hour per week for watching instruction video and doing reflective exercises.
2 hours per week of food preparation
20-30 minutes DAILY for audiotraining
That ads up to apx 6 hours per week. If you really can’t make that time available to invest in your own personal wellbeing, then I absolutely guarantee you will NEVER make any significant change EVER. You can’t keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results, right? This is basically about how much YOU value yourself and your personal health. So do you value yourself enough and believe you are worthy of a healthy lifestyle? Is your desire to change your relationship with food big enough to make it a priority?
4. WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER WEIGHT-LOSS PROGRAM?
Where others focus solely on food, calories, food plans and exercise, this Food Junkie Masterclass is a coaching program that targets lifestyle changes by getting to the root of the issue. The program is designed to help you discover and change subconscious limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits from the inside out.
I strongly believe in Taylor Swift's song lyrics saying BAND-AIDS DON'T FIX BULLET HOLES. Diets and workouts basically are the band-aids. They may offer a temporary effect of weight-loss. But as long as you don’t get to the root of your problem, you’ll never achieve a sustainable, healthy result.
5. SO WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
You get all the best practices of over 10 years experience as a personal trainer, nutritional coach, life coach and food junkie. I basically got to the root of all problems, namely in the mind. Based on your current situation and Vitality Improvement Potential we set up SMART goal and plan on how to lose up to 10kg within 3 months. You get access to:

Audio mindset training program
14-day Metabolic Makeover plan including detox and meal plans
Practical shopping lists to easily follow the meal plans
Daily support and online coaching
6. IT'S ALWAYS HARD TO FOLLOW A DIET WITH FAMILY OR WHEN EATING OUT. HOW DO I DEAL WITH THAT DURING THE PROGRAM?
The meal plans are merely inspirational expressions of a systematic food plan. It is NOT a DIET. The program is based on the principles of Mindful Eating, which focusses on allowing rather than deprivation. You can use the meal plans 'a-la-lettre' or chose as you go. Recipes consist of deliciously healthy and easy to prepare meals to enjoy alone, with family or when eating out. It is based more on reframing principles rather than on restriction and deprivation. No worries! I totally got your back here.
7. I UNDERSTAND THIS BEING A PILOT, I AM GETTING A VERY SPECIAL PRICE. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME IN RETURN?
I am absolutely psyched you are considering to participate in this revolutionary lifestyle management program! 8. CAN I CHOSE THE SUPPORT CHANNEL I PREFER?
You can chose to become a part of the Food Junkie whats-app group, the distribution list or join the private Food Junkie Facebook group to interact with other participants.
9. CAN I START AFTER OCTOBER 5TH?
The first module was released Friday October 5th. Each next module is released the following Friday. The last release takes place on Friday December 27th. Everything will be completely available online for you until at least the end of January 2019. To ensure best results, I will close enrollment for this PILOT program Friday October 12th. Next possibility to enroll will be in 2019
